Refund Policy:

Not satisfied then contact customerservice@americanlightingcompany.com for instructions on how to return a product to us. The product(s) must be in original packaging and also in original unused condition. If there is a manufacturing defect then see under warranty for handling this. No returns are accepted 30 days from the date of your purchase. Any refund issued will be done once the return has come back and has been inspected and approved. This process could take up to 15 days after receipt of the returned merchandise. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
